I didn’t know much about shadow people until I found a couple of haunting articles online which interested me so I have decided to write my account of the strange things that I have witnessed. There has been two occasions where I have seen these super quick shadowy figures at work. I work on the mental health floor most of the residents on that floor have dementia or schizophrenia and are very confused and depressed. A lot of them pray for god take them go home or to take them to a better place. The first one was out of the corner of my eye. The figure was very tall and slim and ran past the kitchen “pass though”. I saw the arm movement of a thin black figure running.
At first I thought it was one of the residents but of course they can’t run so I was left confused and just assumed tiredness was catching up with me, since I work long hours and wake up early. The second time I saw one wondering though the corridors. This was very briefly as I looked up, before I could really focus on anything solid it had disappeared like a memory of a dream upon waking. Both times I was let with just a creepy feeling and a heavy unpleasant vibe.
Lets suppose these shadow people are real. Perhaps they are attracted to the energies of the care home? There are a lot of strange vibes and it is a very emotionally charged place, a varitable banquet for energy hungry inorganic beings. “Shadow people are supernatural shadow-like humanoid figures that, according to believers, are seen flickering on walls and ceilings in the viewer's peripheral vision. They are believed to be evil and aggressive in nature, although a few people consider them to be a form of guardian angel.
Hollis believes that shadow people have always existed, that they feed upon emotions of fear, and that they can be repelled by thinking positively. Others believe that shadow people may be the extra-dimensional inhabitants of another universe”
This wasn’t the first time I had seen shadow people. Now that I look back the first time I experienced these “entities” was when I was a small child. I was sleeping in my parent’s when I awoke in the night. I looked across the room to see two shadowy figures flicking up from a shadow on the floor, these “entities” emerged and then seemed to split into two separate figures, they began hovering over towards me. I was so scared I and clung just on to my dads arm and closed my eyes as tightly as I could. When I finally got the courage to open my eyes again, everything was normal and the vibe in the room was softer.
It wasn’t until a few years later when to my horror these shadow people were on the movie ghost
